OUR STORY
Born and raised in the restaurant business, our founder Pasquale has dedicated his life to mastering his craft and seeking out the best products available. The inspiration for Pastaio came from making simple, handmade pasta dishes at home with fine ingredients. So it became our mission to create a place that could deliver the same awesomely, delicious food that we feed to our family. Food that’s conscious and respectful of their health and the farmers that grew it, in a way that builds culture within the community. Real food can’t be faked. And neither can risk. So we’re putting it all on the line to stay true to our values while delicately adapting them to serve on a larger scale.
